Dulse is a redish sea vegetable with a distinctive taste and colour. It is easy to use and suitable for many plates. Very versatile ingredient, it does not need to be cooked and therefore can be sprinkled directly over any dish to enrich it with nutrition and flavour.

 

It is naturally rich in  zinc, iodine, vitamines A, B6, B12, C and E.

 

Atlantic Dulse is to the Irish people, what Nori is to the Japanese. Our Dulse is harvested by hand, dried naturally and packed manually.
